Shipping & Returns
We are not accepting returns.
Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If your product is received damaged or unusable, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your product at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include detailed pictures of your damaged product.
Orders may be canceled prior to shipping.
Once your order has shipped, I will forward the tracking notification from the courier. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate prior to submitting your order. If the incorrect shipping information is submitted when you place your order, you are responsible for the reshipping fees. Please email email@example.com if you have issues with the tracking number.
Please note if your order is marked "delivered" we will not be responsible for stolen or lost packages.
We are not shipping internationally, at this time.
