Most sales are final.  Please contact us if you have any issues with your product.  We will do our best to resolve the issue.    Customer satisfaction is our goal.  We will look at issues on a case by case basis.  If your product is received damaged or unusable, please contact us  within five days of receiving your product at info@thebeautifulbrownrainbow.com.  Please include detailed pictures of the product.  You will be notified of the final decision within three business days.  Exchanges will only be made on damaged products.

Candle Care is important to have an optimal candle burning experience. Wax has a memory and the first way the candle burn sets the burn pattern.  Below are some essentials:

• Allow the candle to burn until the top is completely liquified.  This may range from 1-4 hours depending on the diameter of your candle.
• Do not burn a candle for more than 4 hours. 
• Please trim your wick prior to relighting. 
• Avoid drafts, open windows, and ceiling fans.
• Do not carry lit candles.
• Never leave lit candles unattended.
• Please read the warning labels at the bottom of each candle for additional care tips.
